GOD'S WORD

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

-  Mark 16:15-20 KJV

"When We Preach the Gospel of the Kingdom,

We Are Doing More Than Speaking Words!"
December 8, 2023

Good day, My Beloved Brothers and Sisters. Today I want to tell you astory about a young man a friend of mine, I know that reminds me of the power of the gospel. This young man had been going through some difficult times in his life. He had just lost his job, and he was struggling to make ends meet. He was on the verge of giving up hope when he heard about the gospel of the kingdom. He decided to attend the church I was going to at that time, and he was so moved by what he heard that he decided to give his life to Christ.

Today, I want to talk to you about the importance of preaching the gospel of the kingdom as a witness to all nations, as it is written in Matthew 24:14. This is a powerful message that can bring hope and transformation into people’s lives.

First, let us consider the importance of witnessing to all nations. Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). As believers, we have the responsibility to share the good news with people from all over the world. We must be intentional about spreading the gospel to those who have not yet heard it, so that they too can experience the joy and hope that comes with being in relationship with Christ.

Second, we must remember that the gospel is an invitation. It is an invitation to enter into a relationship with God and to experience his love and grace. The gospel is not about telling people what they should do or how they should live their lives; it is an invitation to come to know God and to walk with Him. We must remember that it is not our job to judge or condemn; it is our job to be faithful witnesses who point people to God’s grace and love.

Third, when we preach the gospel, we must do so with humility and courage. We must remember that we are speaking on behalf of God, and we must be willing to trust in His power and grace to bring transformation in people’s lives. We must not be afraid to speak boldly about the truth of the gospel, even when it may be difficult or unpopular. When we preach the gospel with courage and humility, we can be sure that God will use it for His glory.

My Beloved Brothers and Sisters, let us always remember that preaching the gospel of the kingdom as a witness to all nations is a powerful message that can bring hope and transformation into people’s lives. Let us be faithful witnesses who point others to God’s grace and love. Let us preach with courage and humility, trusting in God’s power to bring transformation in people’s lives.

My Friends, let us never forget that when we preach the gospel of the kingdom, we are doing more than speaking words—we are setting captives free.
