The pastor’s words stuck with me, and I started to think about how my life could be if I applied this verse to my life. I started to take small steps and trust in the Lord more often. Then, one day, I stumbled across Hebrews 28:29 which says, “For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.” This verse encouraged me to keep pressing forward no matter how hard the journey may be.
At this point, I was starting to make progress in my life, but I still had moments of doubt. Then, one day I was reading Matthew 7:24-27, and it gave me the courage to trust in God and His plan for me. This passage reminded me that if I build my foundation on Christ, it will be strong enough to withstand any storm.
So today, My Brothers and Sisters, I want to challenge you to live out these verses. Take a moment to consider how these verses apply to your life and how you can use them to make positive changes. Trust in the Lord and He will direct your path. Do not be afraid to take small steps of faith even if it doesn’t seem like much at the time. It may seem like you are building a house on sand, but if you build it on Christ, it will withstand any storm.
So today My Brothers and Sisters, let us be reminded that no matter how difficult life may be at times, we can always turn to God’s word for strength and guidance. His word will provide us with all the tools we need to build a strong foundation on Christ and conquer any obstacles we may face.
Remember My Brothers and Sisters, if you build your house on Christ, it will surely stand!
